Here are some notes from our October 1 email .
This coming Saturday evening everyone is invited to a chili dinner fundraiser. October 11, 5-7pm, tickets are $6 and children under 3 are free. Join us for good food and fellowship, and to support future church picnics and fun fests!
Thanks to everyone who worked on and attended our family fun fest. Over 300 people from the community joined us for a few hours of just rejoicing in God's gifts of community, family and fun. If you have any of our yard signs, bring them in, we'll rework them for next year!
Our regular worship continues each Sunday with discovery service at 9am (children up through grade 8 have breakout time following Scripture reading) and our traditional service at 11am. Here are some news notes from our recent consistory meeting. You can always catch up with current news from our weekly bulletins which are posted online. Or email us if you have a question and can't find the answer here. A Christian Education newsletter was distributed on September 21st and is online here.
We are participating in the formation of a family promise interfaith hospitality network to help house homeless families. Watch a video here that explains how this program works.
Worship Service
Our morning worship services are at 9am and 11am each Sunday. The early service is focused in a discovery style (exploring contemporary, ancient/modern, arts, visual) , while the later service is focused in a traditional style. For directions, click here.
